Socially Connected Communities Learning Collaborative will focus on understanding the impact of social isolation and loneliness. Communities designed with spaces and conditions that bring people together and create a sense of belonging can enhance a person's mental, physical, and emotional health and well-being. Join us to learn about community activities to address loneliness and isolation, an introduction to the Action Guide for Building Socially Connected Communities, and a discussion on steps participants can bring back to their community.
A Zoom lInk will be sent one week prior to the event.
