☕️  Coffee Connect: You Matter More Than You Know ☕️
Brew connections. Share ideas. Empower resilience.

Hello, Coffee Connect friends!

I have loved getting to know you all over these last few months.  These Fridays have become something I truly look forward to.  Thank YOU for all of the knowledge, heart, inspiration and curiosity that you have brought to these informal connection sessions.

We will be taking a break for the Summer (maybe keep this block in your calendar and gift yourself a walk outside in the Summer sunshine instead).

For this last session we are going to do something a little different.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, tomorrow's Coffee Connect will explore the powerful role mattering plays in preventing youth suicide. We’ll be discussing a newly published article, “Mattering Matters in Youth Suicidality” by Dr. Gordon Flett, and reflecting on how fostering a sense of being seen, valued, and needed can be life-saving for young people (no pressure to read it before).

Don’t miss your chance to connect, reflect, and be inspired. We’ll also be sharing our newly released youth-led PSAs, grounding the conversation in the authentic voices and experiences of young people across Maine.

Join us—your presence matters, and so does this conversation.

When: Every month on the fourth Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am Where:

Together, we’ll continue promoting the science of the positive so Maine’s young people can flourish.

Let’s Educate. Engage. Empower. while we caffeinate! ☕
